Laws supporting mobile banking should be decreed: lawyer

“Slow procedure of regulating and decreeing Mobile Banking laws has led to ambiguities and other problems in offering such services and has declined users welcoming it,” a lawyer Seyyed Mohammad Bazrafshan told Mobna news agency.
“Experts should pay attention to Mobile Banking as one of electronic trade main features and as a modern field of study that has special laws and regulations,” he said.
“Mobile Banking should not be considered and studied by traditional thinking judges,” he added.
