Mms regulation to be implemented for third operator: tender manager

“Mms regulation is not only for a special operator, but it is implemented for all operators,” Saeed Mahdiun told Irans mobile news agency (Mobna).
“Mms regulation like other laws is a general regulation and is valid for all mobile phone operators,” he continued.
Radio Communication and Regulations Organization head announced that certification of equipments required for Mobile Company of Iran to launch its mms service has been submitted to the company.
Mahmoud Khosravi said that first operator like second operator can offer mms service if protecting its regulations.
According to RCRO decree per mms fee is 1000 rials.
