Iran lacks written law regarding use of cyberspace

“The internet has been with us for a number of years now but we lack a written regulation as how to use it properly,” Ali-Asghar Niknejad told Mobna news agency.
“The authoriteis have so far failed to compile a comprehensive regulation on the proper use of cyberspace, and until then it is impossible to protect the right of individuals against cyberspace harassment,” he added.
