Mobile smuggling must be addressed in Fifth Economic Development Plan: market insider
“As long as mobile smuggling continues, any effort to bring order to its lawless market would be futile and the Fifth Economic Development Plan would be hard to implement,” Pedram Elikaee told Mobna news agency.
“At present, 95% of the mobile market is in the hands of smugglers, and until there is a radical solution to this serious problem and the private sector, which likes to be active on the right side of the law, can work safely in that atmosphere no regulation or plan would be of value,” he added.
