Telecommunication Infrastructure Co. charter implemented by late December

”The company’s charter was decreed in December 2008 and according to it the company had a year to implement it,” Samad Momen Bellah told Mobna news agency.
”The compilation of company’s regulations is in progress and will be implemented soon,” he said.
”According to the charter, the Infrastructure Company has been separated from Telecommunication Company of Iran and remained state-owned,” he added.
