Telephone directory 118 staff to increase

”Currently, the percentage of successful calls to 118 is desirable but by increasing their number the percentage will improve,” Abbas Abolghasemi Azad told Mobna news agency.
”Telephone directory 118’s answer percentage in recent days has been normal and not changed significantly over previous days,” he said.
Around 1,000 operators are working at the directory round the clock.
Last year the operator has answered over 320 million inquiries.
