TCI not ruined from sms network disconnection

“TCI has not lost from 20 days of sms deactivation since mobile phone network was in operation,” Saber Feizi announced.
“While sms network was deactivated, subscribers switched to phone calls and the loss was somehow compensated for,” he added.
“The cost of one-minute phone call is four times that of sms,” he said.
Some experts believe that operators have been the ultimate losers in sms network disconnection.
