Mobile operator’s 60% disenchanted subscribers
If the news is not just a rumor, the question that comes to mind is how does RCRO define inactive sim cards?
Considering the 15.8m sim card ceiling already decided on operator’s license, it appears that 60% of operator’s subscribers are dissatisfied with its services and have obtained its sim cards merely as a curiosity only to abandon it later.
It the operator is issuing the new package of 10-million sim cards while many of the already purchased sim cards remain idle, then why is it that no organization is defending the right of consumers who are losing in the process?
