MMS and SMS most frequent mobile complaints

“On paper, such complaints only account for 10% of mobile phone complaints but in reality it is higher since most people do not know where to lodge their complaints,” Bagher Afkhami told Mobna news agency.
“Any complaint which requires in-depth examination is usually referred to the council by the judge,” he added.
The country has around 50 million mobile phone subscribers, and with the ever-increasing mobile services such complaints are expected to rise accordingly,” he said.
