“As first phase, 23 services of e-Government will be introduced to the public,” Ahmad Bozorgian told Mobna news agency.
“Some 2,059 services from 580 Government agencies have been compiled for public reference and the information are updated on daily basis,” he added.
The portal has been set up to reduce unnecessary trips and speed up investigation process which could eventually lead to less corruption in Government departments.
Frequent cuts in internet links and low-speed internet are contributing factors in the country’s limited internet services.
