Country’s law does not allow privacy infringement

“Mobile phone is a personal device and no person or authority could infringe that privacy without a court injunction,” lawyer Mohammad Iman Arasteh told Mobna news agency.
He said reading other people’s sms messages was not only immoral but illegal except under special circumstances which the law would determine.
“Some Government agencies and department have been accused of such a practice but they have all denied the charges,” he added.
On average, some 110 million sms messages are transmitted daily.
