Country’s communication and IT state undesirable – expert

“In the past four years, some IT projects have been launched by Government and some members of the public have invested in them but with the world economic crisis that hit the country the projects have stopped and working condition has become hard,” Mehran Khansari told Mobna news agency.
He suggested that Government eased the present condition as much as possible by more financial help, easier and fairer tender procedures and better working conditions, and hoped that such factors would be included in the Fifth Economic Development Plan.
“We are not short of laws and regulations in this country but are unable to carry them out properly,” he added.
