IT should flourish in Fifth Economic Development Plan

“In previous third and fourth economic development plans, the IT issue was made prominent but implementing what were sought in those plans needed establishing infrastructure by Government and Parliament,” Ali-Asghar Yousefnejad told Mobna news agency.
“Creating infrastructure and legal and software support should be designed in a way that it can implement development plans,” he said.
“The private sector in this field should be stronger and NGOs should be more prominent,” he added.
