Telecom service bureaus overcharge MCI prepaid sim cards

The sim card was to have been sold and activated by telecom service bureaus, but the plan has not materialized.
It is alleged that they are sold to middlemen at 140,000 rials who, in turn, resell them to subscribers at 160,000-170,000 rials.
The sale of sim card at the reduced price of 120,000 rials is to continue after January 31.
