Some MCI subscribers not received phone bills

This is particularly disturbing since the payment deadline is near; it is, in fact, early next week
Such subscribers are mainly in Ferdousi Square and Sabalan areas.
Some MCI authorities believe this is due to change of address which such subscribers failed to report to MCI, and will ultimately have to pay the extra cost.
