Initial evaluation to select 3rd mobile phone operator started

Radio Communication and Regulation Organization announced that the evaluation begins with these nine companies.
Tenders commerce-technical evaluation committee has started to evaluate documents and initial accepted companies will be announced on 22 November.
These companies will be allowed to provide tenders A, B and C proposal packages.
According to plans third mobile phone operator tender winner will be determined in 21 December – 19 January period and third operator can start its operation as of March 2009.
