Iran guilds council not responsible lack of mobile phone union: guild official

“Not launching mobile phone union is related to guild systems law, since according to this law for launching mobile phone union 300 guild members should request,” Mohammad Azad told Mobna news agency.  
“Launching mobile phone union is not necessary, since currently this guild is active under the supervision of two unions,” he added.
“Creation of mobile phone union does not have any obstacle, provided that there are enough mobile phone members to create it,” he said.
