Electronic signature is necessary for perfect mobile banking: an expert
“Currently Mobile Banking does not need a new law in country,” Information and communication law expert Reza Parvizi told Mobna news agency.
“It requires that electronic signature must be paid attention to in order to develop mobile banking,” he added.
“Although some laws have been decreed for mobile banking but while electronic signatures situation is not determined in Iran then the problem will for mobile banking,” he added.
“Electronic documents will be officially valid, provided that electronic signature exists,” Parvizi said.
“Mobile banking laws used in Iran has been taken from United Nations that has been changed in order to be used in the country,” he said.
