“Rapid developments in mobile phone technology and its availability and accessibility, has transformed it to a training medium in many countries,” a Tehran university professor Aliakbar Jalali told Mobna news agency.
“The nations development can be taught via mobile phones, meaning that classic and academic training should not be sought in mobile educations,” Jalali added.  
“Several electronic training softwares can be produced in regard to the governments new economic development program suitable for everyday citizens,” he said.
