Mobile Company of Iran`s capital to increase to 45 trillion rials (4.7 billion dollars)

Already provincial telecommunication companies have increased their capital.
“We did all matter pertaining to the increase of Mobile Company of Irans capital, just waiting for audit office approval,” MCI managing director Saber Feizi told Fars news agency.
“We predict that audit office will announce its view by next two weeks so the issue will be finalized,” Feizi added.
“It is planned to wait for the estimate of Telecommunications 2008-2009 Earnings per Share (EPS) so it would be offered with the latest capital approved by audit office,” he said.
“Prediction for Telecommunications 2008-2009 Earnings per Share (EPS) is based on 36 trillion rials (3.8 billion dollars) capital of each share worth 191 rials (2 cents) per share.
“Now by increasing capital to 45 trillion rials (4.7 billion dollars) it is likely for EPS decrease a bit,” Feizi concluded.
