Telecommunication, Education ministries failed to promote mobile phone use demeanor: communication expert

“If students are taught to make proper use of mobile phones then there will be no cause for concern,” Mohsen Nikou Kherad told Mobna news agency.
He said the public should be prepared for the proper use of any technology that is imported into the country, but, some importers think only of the profits they would gain and are usually unaware of the consequences.
He stressed that the demeanor to use mobile phone should be taught to students constantly until it becomes their second nature, since mobile phone, like landline phone, is a necessity whose importance cannot be ignored.
Nikou Kherad pointed out the economic, recreational and even political impact of the mobile phone, saying it often cuts on transportation expenses and speeds up trade.
