Calls abroad under $200 free of initial deposit

The service is provided only for the Mobile Company of Iran (MCI) sim card holders.
The report says that the company has the right to re-activate or deactivate sim cards for the subscribers who exceed the limit.
The report also says that in countries that have roaming contract with the company the subscribers have already got the 200 dollars of deposit which later will be billed in their bills.
If the calls are over the initial deposit then the company reserves the right to deactivate the sim card.
Subscribers who believe to exceed the limit are advised to make payments at a telecom service bureau before their trips abroad.
It should be mentioned, however, that subscribers who wish to use international roaming should make sure that their mobile phones are equipped for the service.
Currently, MCI has roaming contract with 200 operators in 100 countries.
