Telecom service bureaus to choose charge card vendors

Ali Hamidi told MOBNA, based on MTC circular to all its offices in the country, any telecom service bureau may choose 5 agents for dealing with their sale of charge cards.
He added that the agents should have their own plaque, bearing a telephone number so that complaining subscribers could dial and report their complaints.
He said the installation of the plaque is mandatory and it should also bear the agent’s number, the price of charge card and serial number of charge cards.
He indicated the MTS will have an overall control over such agents.
