Information Technology charter on government agenda

The Ministry of Information & Communication Technology’s PR department quotes Saeed Mahdiun, IT chief, as saying that on the basis of a government decree last year the state portion of the IT Co would stay with the government, while the rest would be sold to the private sector, in accordance with the article 44 of the constitution.
The government has allowed the ITC ministry 6 months to prepare the IT Company’s charter and submit it to the government.
The charter is based on 3 main principles: “Security”, “Coordination among national projects” and “Direction & development of information technology”.
