RCRO awaiting Government decision on Third Operator: RCRO deputy

“Selecting Third Operator without re-holding the tender is the best way to determine the fate of Third Operator project,” Lotfollah Sabouhi told Mobna news agency.
“The changes in Government policies had delayed Third Operator selection,” he said.
Earlier, foreign partner’s share of the project had been determined as 49 percent and for domestic partner as 51 percent.
It had been planned that Third Operator would release its sim cards this spring but the project’s fate has remained in doubt.
