Common sites installation tariff by Site-Sharing Company: MCI deputy
”It has been approved by the company and sent to active companies in this project,” Mohammad-Hasan Razavi told Mobna news agency.
”Site-Sharing has already started its operation. The three operators now share the installed BTS antennas in Tehran,” he said.
It is over a year since representatives from First, Second and Taliya operators, each with 17 percent share, and representatives from Tehran municipality, with 49 percent share, established Ertebat Moshtarak Shahr Company to install new or manage existing common BTS antennas in a way that would be in harmony with the city’s landscape.
With MCI, IranCell and Taliya sharing BTS sites, Site-Sharing Company started its operation in 68 spots in Tehran in March 2009.
First, Second and Taliya operators have over 2,800 BTS sites in Tehran.
