Iraq telecommunication network construction by Iran stopped

”So far Iran’s loan to Iraq has not been finalized and they have not reached an agreement,” an ICT ministry official told Mobna news agency.
”An Iranian contractor from the private sector will be selected after the loan is finalized and a tender is held,” he added.
”First Operator does not have any plan for operation in Iraq,” he said.
The Iranian loan is estimated as180 million dollars.
