MCI to hold fourth lottery in year’s second half

It is titled “Tarh-e hamrah-e Zohour” and will be held to commemorate Imam Mahdi’s birthday anniversary.
MCI prepaid sim card subscribers who have paid their phone bill in time would be eligible to enlist in the lottery.
Those subscribers whose lines have been deactivated due to debt have until September to settle their debt and also qualify to enlist.
Subscribers who have paid their periodic phone bills in time are given two points and those who are not in debt when receiving a new bill are granted an extra point.
The points are taken into account in the lottery.
Mobile phone bills can be paid through ATM, Telephone Bank or POS terminals or the internet.
MCI subscribers now total nearly 37 million, of whom 16 million are postpaid sim card subscribers.
