Study on sale of Post Office shares on bourse postponed to next year
“No time has been decided on the sale and we shall announce our decision next year,” Gholamreza Kord-e Zangeneh told Mobna news agency.
“Post Office is a large company and to sell its shares on bourse requires thorough investigation,” he added.
The Post Office’s required documents for privatization were submitted to the Privatization Organization last June.
According to the article 44 of the Constitution, the non-executive sector of the Post Office has to be sold to the private sector.
