Increasing complaints by mobile owners about touch-screen sets

“Such mobiles are sold with fake warranty and virtually no after-sale service,” Ali Sharabiani told Mobna news agency.
He urged prospective buyers to refrain from purchasing mobile sets with dodgy warranties so that they did not run into difficulty once their set needed repair.
“Most such sets are Chinese-made, smuggled into the country through illegal channels,” he added.
He said mobile repair shops usually refused such sets because no appropriate spare parts were available in the country.
