Mobile accessories market nearing extinction
“There is little transaction on the market, and, like the mobile market itself, that is mainly because of current economic situation and public’s lack of enthusiasm to buy new mobiles,” Namdaran Ertebat-e Hamrah managing director Pedram Elikaee announced.
“The present 25% import tariff on mobiles is only to smugglers’ advantage who now own 96% of the market,” he added.
Javad Asgharian, a retailer, said he did not anticipate the market to pull through in the foreseeable future if the chaotic situation persisted.
