No great developments in ICT sector – without defined execution methods

“The country’s five-year economic development plans are intermediately steps for reaching the twenty-year goal,” Mohammad-Hossein Farhangi told Mobna news agency.
“There has to be a more accurate planning in the fifth five-year development with respect to communication and IT, which is an integral part of a country’s development,” he said.
“Our failure in reaching the goals of the fourth economic development plan with respect to IT was mainly because the goals were looked upon as ideals without finding the way of achieving them,” he added.
