Over 70% VOIP problems sorted out – TI managing director
“No new development has occurred in the market but the network has changed since last year,” Mohammad-Bagher Zohourifar told Mobna news agency.
He said his company would continue its services but most of its activities had been delegated to the private sector.
The company held a VOIP tender last year and few winners were selected, but the private sector has always challenged the condition and the way the tender was conducted
The dispute between the company and the private sector over VOIP phone has resulted in poor service and its high cost.
