VOIP tender held by year’s end

“The tender framework has not yet been decided but it will most probably be held by the end of current Iranian year,” Mohammad-Bagher Zohourifar told Mobna news agency.
He said more that 70 percent of last year’s VOIP network problems had been resolved.
A VOIP tender was held last year by the company and its winners were identified but the whole process has been disputed by the participating companies.
