TCI block share trade finalized

“The payment was made on Nov 8 by TCI block share buyer. The Privatization Organization has signed a contract with Tose’eh Etemad Mobin Consortium on Nov 8 and the sale is final,” Gholam-Reza Heidari Kord Zanganeh told Mobna news agency.
“In our opinion no unfair trade has been committed and the contract has no legal problem,” he said in response to General Inspection Organization accusation of illegal trade.
“Monopoly is not welcomed in private and governmental sectors alike,” he added.
Tose’eh Etemad Mobin Consortium acquisitioned TCI block share on Sep 27 and was required to pay 20% of amount by Nov 8.
