Etemad Development Mobin Consortium new MCI executive section owner

At start of Tehran bourse trading, competition for the acquisition of TCI 50% block shares started at 3,400 Rials base price and ended at 3,409 Rials with total transaction value at $9,999b.
The consortium is affiliated to Sepah’s Cooperative Foundation and was established in 1988.
The consortium now owns 45% of Bahman Group, 4% of Saipa Co. and 25% of Kermanshah Petrochemicals.
Etemad Development was established in 2004 with one million rials capital but within one year raised its capital to 4 billion rials.
