TCI to reward on-time bill payers: telecom official

“Those who use their mobile phone and landline more than others and pay their bill on time are assumed among punctual subscribers,” Saber Feizi told Iran mobile news agency (Mobna).
“Telecommunication has record of its users and distinction between punctual and unfaith subscribers is possible easily,” he continued.
“These subscribers compromise of landline and mobile phone subscribers which in future they will receive some facilities,” Feizi added.
“Although telecommunication has not determined special time for landline and mobile phone calling durations to recognize users who use telephone more than others, but it is possible for telecommunication to recognize them,” he said.
