MCI sim cards deprived of license to be reconnected by paying connection fee

 So subscriber or his legal agent can reconnect his line by paying his dept and requesting for a reconnection mobile phone.
If a subscriber does not pay his mobile phone dept in two month after the line is cut off, he will receive a month written notice and after that the person will lose his line license.
Cut off notice will be sent to indebted subscribers via sms in 10 – 15 days after bill payment deadline is over. After 72 hours of receiving this sms the line will turn one-way.
Such subscribers have one week to settle their mobile phone bill, otherwise the disconnection will be two-way.
