Third mobile phone operator tender documents purchase deadline extended again

The deadline was first set on October 4, and then extended to 11 October.
“Those seeking entry to the second conference of third mobile phone operator being held in Dubai on Oct 16 should contact MFC Iran License@mfcorp.ae and those wishing to purchase the tender document should contact 3rd-info@cra.ir,” third mobile phone operator tender manager Saeed Mahdiun said.
It seems that this second deadline extension will change deadline all other follow up dates will change too.
So far only 12 foreign and domestic companies have purchased tender documents.
Regulatory body of telecommunication ministry is determined that third mobile phone operator should have at least two million subscribers in abroad as condition for its operation.
Third mobile phone operator initial investment is 300 million Euros.
