Mobile phone culture requires reinforcement
“This should have been done when mobile phone first hit the country, but the fact that it has not yet been done raises some questions,” Ali Motahhari told Mobna news agency in a visit to the agency.
His comment was in response to the question: “Why after 14 years of mobile phone technology its proper use has not been publicized in Iran?”
He said parliament as a legislative body cannot by itself take up such a task and it needs national determination.
He added that such a habit cannot be spread by force and needs public cooperation.
