Mobile Company of Iran Billing Center auction to be held

The first operator wants to buy Billing Center equipments from domestic companies and manufactures according to their conditions, contracts plan, and technical features.
According to the announcement the domestic companies should have high council of informatics approval in the field of computers production.
Moreover domestic companies and producers can announce their readiness to participate in auction individually or in cooperation with foreign companies, provided that domestic company share is not below 51 percent.
Billing is an integrated system of Mobile Company of Iran that is the process of sending accounts to customers for services.
Coming up with the system was given to the SaIran company in an auction but after two years it has not been launched it yet.
