Irancell subscribers` dissatisfaction over network technical disorder
Irancell subscribers have not been able to use their network services, neither been able to make calls to the customer center.
Subscribers could not get information of their mobile phone bills, neither recharge their prepaid sim cards.
Such technical disorders in Irancell network has been a repeated incident in the past months which has left subscribers annoyed.
Currently the new subscribers can not activate their sim cards, or use GPRS services.
Irancell announced that the technical problem is due to updating its network.
Some experts believe that in order to compete with its rivals and attract more customers, Irancell has forgotten its main duties towards its subscribers and instead has spent large amount of money on advertising.
Currently Irancell has about 10 million subscribers that most of them are prepaid sim cards subscribers.
