Disturbances in IranCell network

The cuts occurred in some parts of Tehran Province such as Karaj since yesterday and still continue such that on the mobile screen the message “No access to network” appears.
Users also receive the message “the mobile is off” when trying to make a call to IranCell subscribers.
Such disturbances have occurred many times in recent months.
Some experts believe, however, that the country’s 2nd operator (IranCell), in an effort to woo new customers, if failing to fulfill its main obligations.
They maintain that offer of low-price SIM cards without proper advanced planning, continued network disturbances and nuisance calls by some of IranCell subscribers have caused disquiet among the operator’s subscribers.
2nd Operator claims that some 10m subscribers use IranCell SIM cards, 90% of whom are prepaid SIM card subscribers.
