TCI board members to change

“Three members of the board will change after TCI block shares have been sold off,” Saber Feizi told Mobna news agency.
“New members will then be selected by the shareholders,” he said.
Vafa Ghaffarian, Mohammad Karampour, Naser Yousefpour, Saber Feizi and Mahdi Marjani had been selected as TCI board members at the last general meeting.
TCI block shares, country’s second largest state-owned company, are to be traded on bourse on Sep 16.
